Slow the F*ck Down & Deprogram from Capitalism
90 minutes together (with time for a break) will allow us to examine living in a capitalist and patriarchal world and how we can thrive by being ourselves within it.
We'll laugh, move, dance, hold each other (virtually) and get a lil (or a lot) angry together.
During our time we'll discuss four main areas...
- Embodying the divine feminine in a patriarchal world
- Ditching diet culture once and for all
- Tapping into pleasure and joy in a society of hustle and grind
- Using rest as resistance (with a brief gentle yoga practice)
Gather your journal/writing materials and yoga props (always optional) and get ready to move towards acceptance for all that you are. For props, I recommend grabbing a yoga bolster/couch cushion/large pillows, blanket/towel and yoga mat/soft surface.
