Welcome! I'm so glad you've landed here.

​I’m Caitlin Doherty - a small-fat neurodivergent human and Mindful Movement Witch.

I help people who have been left out of traditional wellness spaces learn to connect with their bodies again, and bring more of what they want into their lives.


I lead group and one-on-one Mindful Movement for Misfits sessions for you to gently tune into your body, tap into your desires, connect to others and practice care on your terms, just as you are. Because you’re good right now and you don’t have to “fix” anything to care for yourself.

I use gentle movement, somatic awareness and mindfulness practices to help you find a home within your body, manage stress, experience deeper care and connection and move towards your biggest desires.
