I'm Caitlin Doherty (she/her) and I help people connect with their bodies.

I use gentle movement and mindfulness practices to help you find a home within your body without the help of detoxes, fancy studios and designer leggings.

I hold space for you, through community and one-on-one offerings, to move your body, connect to yourself and practice self care on your terms.
