Awakening into Acceptance
Imagine removing the "shoulds" and "coulds." Be with what is right here. Be with yourself exactly as you are. What possibilities might open up for you?
Acceptance of self, others and life circumstances is hard. But acceptance can help us lean into freedom, peace and healing for ourselves and all living beings. During this two hour online workshop we'll work with the idea of being with what is instead of what can or should be. This time is for you to settle in, rest in what is and be with yourself (whatever that means for you).
Throughout this two hour workshop you'll have a chance to explore:
- mindfulness meditation
- gentle and restorative movement
- writing and reflection
Optional tools for this workshop: writing materials/journal, yoga mat or soft surface, yoga bolster or couch cushion or large pillows, 1-2 blankets and anything else you need to be comfortable.
