New Moon Grief Vigil (online, free)

This is modeled after grief vigils that I have experienced via Carmen Spagnola and the organization, You're Going to Die.
This is a time to come together to hold our grief collectively, and to honor the changes and transitions we're moving through, while allowing for individual needs and experiences (like body doubling for grief practices). There will be no formal check-ins and you do not have to be in acute grief to attend - grief is in the everyday. You are welcome to attend no matter where you are in your journey with grief.
Here's how the time will go:
1) Arriving and settling, brief intro (5 mins)
2) Grounding and centering practice (5 mins)
2) Grief vigil (30 mins): cameras may be on or off and soft music will be played while folks share in the chat things they are grieving. the chat will be ongoing and participants can share as many times as they'd like (or as little as they'd like). folks are invited to cry, create, move, journal, pray, engage in ritual...whatever is needed to create space for grief
3) Close the space, goodbyes (5 mins)
