Body Acceptance Group Program

The Body Acceptance Group Program is an 8 week live online space for women and non-binary folks to divest from dominant culture and move into acceptance, confidence and joy through group coaching, mindfulness and restorative movement.
I've been there. I hated the image I saw in the mirror, I kept myself from doing the things I enjoyed most and I stayed small and silent to please everybody else. It caused an immense amount of pain, physically and mentally, because my body was sending me signals that I was ignoring. One day (or rather a series of many days) I said 'fuck this' and so began a journey. 

I learned that I could accept myself just as I was instead of trying to fix and change everything. Freedom for me meant dedicating myself to this work and finding support for the journey. I believe you are worth the support you need and acceptance of who and what you are right now in order to live a full life.

This 8 week experience includes:
  • 8 weeks of live intimate group support led by Caitlin 
  • Weekly 75 min group coaching sessions with a specific theme towards acceptance (live and recorded)
  • Bi-weekly 45 min movement classes incorporating restorative yoga and meditation (live and recorded) 
  • Free access to a private community forum during the length of the program and after the program ends
  • Body positive self care tools for the long haul to support you through every phase of life
  • 5% of funds donated to an organization of the group's choice (hello collective care!)

  • Week 3 - October 10 @ 5:00-6:15pm EST: Redefining success - health, wellness and self care edition
  • Week 4 - October 17 @ 5:00-6:15pm EST: Tapping into vulnerability and visibility for deep connection
  • Week 5 - October 24 @ 5:00-6:15pm EST: Getting back into your body through joyful and restorative movement
  • Week 6 - October 31 @ 5:00-6:15pm EST: Developing pleasure and joy in order to thrive
  • Week 7 - November 7 @ 5:00-6:15pm EST: Creating a sustainable self care practice for the long haul
  • Week 8 - November 14  @ 5:00-6:15pm EST: Envisioning your biggest dreams​
"I joined one of Caitlin's yoga sessions and it was one of the most comforting and rejuvenating experiences I've had. She brought an intuition and awareness to her yoga that helped make me feel so welcomed as a beginner and showed that she understands how to anchor her flow to what's happening in the world today. Caitlin opened with a message about compassion that gave the session meaning and intention. The flow was gentle and featured awesome adaptations to classic poses, and she helped adapt positions to an injury I'm recovering from. I'm so glad I experienced one of her classes and I will most certainly be joining more."
